Directorate of Fisheries of the Ministry of Agriculture as the managing authority of Operational Programme for Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the Republic of Croatia for the programming period 2014-2020 has allocated the funds toFLAG "Galeb" for preparatory support. Funds in the amount of HRK 599,035.00 are awarded for the following activity costs:
• training local stakeholders
• creating fishing area studies,
• development of fisheries local development strategy
• current operating costs
• implementation of the pilot project "Fisherman recommend"
The funds have been allocated for a period of 6 months and in this period FLAG "Galeb" is obliged to develop fisheries local development strategy which will be submitted to the Management Authority for approval.
